Send a check written to Threads of Hope Counseling to the office by 4/13/2026, individual cost is $210. Couples may register with a discount if they plan to share one resource folder/ shared login. If you wish to register this way, the cost is $230/ couple-- just put both names in your signup. Group discounts are available if registering 6+ participants, contact our office 651-560-0050 to register a group.

Trainer Bio

I graduated from Bethel University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology and completed additional Marriage and Family Therapy coursework through Adler Graduate School. I have been in private practice since 2011 and I have used prepare enrich with couples since that time as well as conducting prepare enrich group workshops for couples. My clinical approach emphasizes authenticity meaning-seeking and humor to help clients connect and find new hope.I am a board approved supervisor and love training and mentoring my team to provide better care. I put an emphasis on being authentic and incorporating humor and hope into therapy. I also practice from a Christian worldview and enjoy integrating faith for those who desire this approach. In addition to clinical work and supervision I also provide business consultation services to others in private practice and am happy to share my insights in this area.
